How to Grow Catnip
A catnip is very easy to grow and cultivate. Catnips can grow in sunlight or in just a fraction amount of shade. The soil in which the catnip is needed to be grown must be fertile. A very little amount of fertilizer is required in order to cultivate the catnip. Generally the shoots of the catnip plant is cut back in smaller inches so that they can grow more effectively. The catnip plant first blooms in during the period of mid summers. One point of consideration that must be kept in mind while cultivating the catnip plant is that it must grown a little far away from the other parts in the field or garden. When the flowers of the catnip plant begins to bloom then the leaves and flowers are cut off from the top and are used in the form of fresh catnip or dry catnip.
